PHYSICAL PROPERTIES

CHARACTERISTICS:
The molecule equipped with macromolecular chain and reactive group, have big effect on the color fixing of the fiber and fabrics.  
In accordance with environment protection, it has no free formaldehyde and won’t release it. 
It will improve the washing fastness of the dyeing fabric(fade ,whiteness stain ) and will not have influence on the  hand feeling.

THE USAGE AND APPLICATION
Excellent used in the active dye, the acid dye, the dispersion dye, the direct dye and so on. 
Dilute
Adding deionized water to stir, and dilute it to 20%, use if after  mixing  evenly.
Impregnation
Dosage: 1%-5% (o.w.f)
Temperature: 40--60℃
Time: 10-30min (adjust PH to 6)

Impregnation & padding
Dosage：10-25 g/L（adjust PH to 6）

TECHNICAL PROCESS
Impregnation twice and impregnation & padding twice ,
Dry off (over baked)

NOTICE
Before fixation, the tank should be completely washed by water,so as not to effect the color fixation.
Increasing the dosage of fixing agent and the temperature are good to enhance the color fixation properly, or it will result in color change if too much.
It should take the practice and sampling as reference to make out the specific process.

50kg, 125kg or 200kg net in plastic drum
Keep in room temperature.
